Relish the delicious soya chaap vegan dish. Ingredients are:
• 250g soya chaap
• 1 cup/ 150g tomato puree
• 50g chaap masala (entire pack)
• half cup/ 100ml milk
• 5 tbsp oil
• 1 cup/ 200ml water
• 1tbsp fresh coriander leaves chopped for garnishing
Procedure:
1. make paste of chaap masala mix with milk
2. heat 2 tbsp oil and saute soya chaap til light golden brown for 4-5 min. on medium low flame
3. heat 3tbsp oil in a pan add tomato puree and cook 4-5 min.
4. add paste and cook for 1-2min. on low flame. Add sauted soya chaap mix well and cook for 1-2min.
5. add water, mix well and cook for 5-6min. On medium flame or till gravy thinkens
6. garninsh with coriander. Ready to serve.
