Refunds
- Refunds are provided for return/cancellation of products, subject to the eligibility and fulfilment of terms and conditions, initiated in accordance with the return policy or cancellation policy.
- Refund is made for the full amount of the order or part order successfully cancelled that was paid by you for the delivery of the order.
- For return requests, the refund of payment is made after the returned product has been received by us and has passed the quality checks and is also subject to the verification and review by our returns team. The entire product cost along with any taxes and shipping charges if any will be refunded to you.
- No refund due to non-deliverability will be applicable to orders placed with Cash on Delivery options. Refund of Cash on Delivery orders returned by you may subject to levy of a charge which will be deducted from your refund amount.
Refunds
Refunds for all eligible Returns are issued through the payment method used at the time of purchase, except for Cash on Delivery.

* Refund timelines depend on bank turn around times and RBI guidelines. This may change from time to time. Business days shall mean the working days on which oongole office operates.
For Cash on Delivery orders
For orders placed using Cash on Delivery as the payment method, refunds will be processed to your oongole wallet account.
Important
- Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. The name on your oongole account should match with the name of the bank account holder.
- If you have paid the bills using a third party account, refunds will be made to the same account.
- NEFT refunds will typically be initiated in three business days from our end and will be credited to your account in another two to three business days.
- Oongole will not be liable for any delay caused in refunds due to delay by third party affiliates (including banks), in providing information by the customer, technical issues and other reasons beyond its control.
- A refund initiation confirmation by email or SMS at the email address or mobile number provided to oongole will be sent to you.
General
- Manufacture Warranty (where applicable) - If the returns of the products are arising from a warranty provided by manufacturer, please direct your returns to the manufacturer. oongole takes no responsibility for the warranties provided by the manufacturer and such products does not fall within the ambit of the return policy.
- Liability: Maximum liability for any wilful delay caused by oongole, shall be limited to the actual sale consideration received by oongle or the amount refundable to customer, which ever may be lesser.
